  • How long will it take for my listing to be active on the MLS and affiliated sites?

    Once you have completed our easy 3 step online listing process, our highly experienced staff will review your order and post your listing to the MLS and affiliated sites with 24-48 hours.

  • What telephone number will people call to inquire about my listing?

    Interested buyers and agents will contact you directly using the telephone number provided in the “comments” section of your listing on the MLS. If Listhut is accidently contacted, as our office will be listed as the broker on the MLS listing, we will promptly redirect the buyer or agent to you. It is important to note that the law does not permit for your telephone number to be displayed on public websites such as Zillow and Realtor.com. As such, our office will promptly redirect any interested person to you.

  • Should I use a key box?

    The use of a key box provides a great deal of convenience as buyer’s agents are able to show your property when you are otherwise unavailable.   • Can my own photos be displayed on my listing?

    Yes. You are able to upload up to 30 pictures to be included on your listing. Some Listhut sellers elect to hire a professional real estate photographer to ensure quality. Your photos will be displayed with your listing information on many public websites, including but not limited to Zillow and Realtor.com.

  • Can I make changes to my listing?

    Yes, you can make changes to your listing online by completing a simple change request form and emailing it to info@listhut.com. The team at Listhut will do their best to accommodate your changes but Listhut does reserve the right to charge a small additional fee if change request submissions exceed 3.
